Social Media Manager

Location: Orlando Florida Area
Division: Marketing & Creative Services

If you’re an aspiring social media superstar, and are looking for an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll help build one of the travel industry’s newest brands, we want to talk to you. You’ll lead our social media strategy to drive interest in TIMA’s products and services, and lend our personality and voice across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Administrative Assistant

Location: Orlando Florida Area
Division: Corporate Services

TIMA’s Executive Team needs a sorcerer or sorceress to assist with a variety of daily responsibilities, including corporate documentation, meeting facilitation, correspondence (digital and snail mail), light travel planning and coordination, and a few other critical administrative duties. This is a remote position that could be performed from anywhere, but we would prefer someone who can easily travel to Orlando periodically without having to fly.

Membership Support Specialist

Are you the perfect blend of customer service rock star and technology-savvy nerd alert? You might be the perfect person to lead our customer support area and ensure our members are always able to make full use of their membership benefits. The position requires a strong personality with an equal ability to learn and navigate through websites, electronic forms and submission processes, and have a working knowledge of the travel industry.

Marketing Programs Manager

Location: Orlando Florida Area
Division: Marketing & Creative Services 

We’re in search of an experienced travel industry marketer who is looking for a position that will allow them to lead high-value marketing campaigns from concept through completion. You should be familiar with the travel industry marketing landscape and have an expert-level pedigree working across Adobe design programs and MS Office / project management tools as well. You’ll be relied upon to organize and delegate responsibilities to the appropriate team members as well as manage the recruiting, hiring, and ongoing development of the marketing programs team as we build it together.
