When you start your Database Pro Ad Campaign, TIMA will start by creating a beautiful promotion email, including custom images, videos, and text to support your chosen promotion/offer.   We will ask for you to send us your database in an Excel format so we can add it to our TIMA CONNECT CRM tool so we can set up all the email automations.  Once the initial promotion email is sent to your database, your network of previous travelers will receive a nurturing email series over the next two weeks.   This ensures that the customer stays in the sales funnel long enough to be converted.   From there, we follow up two more times with an agency newsletter, meant to help with your branding, additional offers, and a call-to-action back to you.
